Our
Staff
As the Home Finance Division of
Valley Farm Credit, who has been in business for 90
years, Country Home Mortgage is capable of hiring the best
Mortgage Consultants in the area. And best of all,
they live and work in the area they serve, allowing them to
understand the local real estate market and area economy.
Our team of 7 Mortgage Consultants have over 104 years
of combined experience in the Real Estate and Financial
Services industries.
To provide the highest quality of service and lowest cost
mortgage to you, Country Home Mortgage Consultants are not paid
commissions. This eliminates extra charges and fees
added on to your mortgage to pad the pockets of loan
officers, and allows us to provide you a cost effective
mortgage package that meets your needs first.
Our Consultants
are also given authority to make loan decisions themselves,
without wasting precious time by sending your loan
application up the corporate ladder to numerous supervisors
and review committees. This speeds up your loan
process, while providing you with the lowest cost mortgage
package available.
Why pay more and get less
from another mortgage company? We don't think you
should ...
At Country Home Mortgage,
we understand...
it's not just a house, it's your HOME!

Born and
raised in the Shenandoah Valley, Dee graduated from
Clarke County High School and attended West Virginia
University where she graduated with a degree in
marketing in 1992.
Prior to
joining Valley Farm Credit & Country Home Mortgage, Dee
had a lengthy tenure in hospitality sales and marketing
and has three years of lending experience.
Dee
credits her experience in the hospitality industry with
teaching her the importance of customer service. “If we
don’t take care of the customer, someone else will,” she
says. “It amazes me that some businesses just don’t get
it. I like to think that I practice what I preach and
take the time to really work with customers to help them
understand the process as well as how their credit
affects lending decisions. And if I can’t help them now,
I tell them what they need to do to get back on track
and that has definitely paid off. People remember that.”
Dee lives
on a small farm in Clearbrook with her husband Jake,
where they maintain a large garden and cattle on seven
acres. In her free time, Dee stays busy with her two
young daughters, Rylee & Lexie. She also has a
step-daughter, Sarah, who attends Ohio State University.
Dee also enjoys reading the latest James Patterson or
John Grisham novel, and of course, faithfully cheering
on her Mountaineers.
